President (uncontested)
Vicente Arenas Thank you for the nomination to Board of NAHJ Colorado once again. I am hoping to help our Board create a dialogue with our members in newsrooms to help all of us cope with a quickly changing news world. I believe we must give our journalists and student journalists more reasons to want to join our chapter and help us help ourselves. Engaging new administrators is another priority. We must reach out and create a dialogue in hopes of recruiting even more Latinos for their newsrooms in Colorado. Thank you for your vote.

Vice President (uncontested)
Anne Trujillo I have worked in Denver local news for more than 30 years and am honored to be considered for the role of VP to represent Colorado. Now that we are emerging from a pandemic, it’s time to focus on our members who continued to do their jobs relentlessly under unprecedented conditions. I look forward to working together.
