Washington D.C. Chapter Board Elections 2021

The Washington D.C. Chapter elections committee opened the ballot to vote on this year's board election on July 12th. Polls close on July 30, at 5 p.m. ET and results will be announced soon after. You can find the finalized list of candidates who appear on the ballot below.

  1. President - Patricia Guadalupe
  2. Vice President - Luis Velarde
  3. Financial Officer - Open Position
  4. Secretary - Open position
  5. At-Large - Jennifer Vasquez

2021 Election Timeline for chapter board elections:

May 17th:  Call for Nominations
June 25th: Deadline to submit 1 signature before 11:59 p.m. Deadline to become a member in good standing and be eligible to vote
June 28th: Vetting process. The Elections Committee will screen candidates 
July 12th: Online voting begins (Polls open two weeks before the polls close)
July 30th: Polls close at 5 p.m. ET and results are announced
