Brought to you by Toyota

Join us for a live webinar with ergonomic specialist Dr. Nikki Weiner from The Rising Workplace on achieving a more comfortable fit with your home work-space through an ergonomic approach.

Learn about neutral posture and how to make adjustments to your workspace to prevent and alleviate common discomforts. You will also learn about how your body reacts to your current set up and how to make adjustments for a more personal fit, keeping in mind your workstation should fit you and not you fitting the workstation.

Dr. Nikki will help you come up with creative solutions to common work-from-home issues and offer tips on how to optimize the overall environment and workspace. Participants will also learn brief stretching exercises and strategies to combat fatigue that can be incorporated into the workday.
