For the past few weeks, we've been watching coverage of protests over racial injustice, sparked in particular by the murder of George Floyd by a Minneapolis police officer. It has led to discussions about how media covers race, the challenges diverse journalists face, and how many newsrooms need additional diverse voices on staff and in management.
